in the beautiful Swan Valley at the base of the Darling Ranges, 30
minutes from the CBD.
The Belvoir Homestead is a uniquely private, first class function centre complemented by stunning views along the Swan River and across rolling hills. The building is traditional Australian Federation design with five metre high ceilings, brass chandeliers, and sweeping jarrah staircases, beautifully appointed rooms, grand entrances and full-length French windows that capture views that few venues in Perth can surpass. Impress your guests with the elegance of The Belvoir Homestead. Our rooms can cater for a cocktail party of 40 guests to a sit down dinner of 500. The Ceremony Areas Outdoor garden ceremonies can be hosted in either the Shaw Gazebo or at the Loton Ceremony area, amongst the tranquil setting of pretty gardens and lovely trees. This includes a mahogany table and two chairs for signing of the registrar and up to forty outdoor chairs for guests. |
